This site was primarily created to share resources geared towards Y12 and Y13 NCEA Statistics Standards. However, after teaching a mixed ability junior class for the first time in 2020, I now see this kind of classroom as the way of the future. I therefore hope to put more differentiation and formative assessment into my lesson plans over the coming years. I thought to share those lesson plans here on my website, which takes a little bit of extra work from my side, but not too much.
It’s not much right now, but over the years as I add more differentiation and formative assessment, I hope it would prove as something quite useful. I will focus on sharing 2 or 3 units a year, which is a reasonable amount I could get through without impinging on my work-life balance 🙂
